Valli Produce

I love the selection, value and convenience of Valli. But im not sure that its worth dealing with they're awful customer service. The first time the cashier got upset because I took too long taking my items out of my basket so she dumped them on the conveyor belt. And when I asked her why she started arguing with me and denying that she did. I pointed to my tomato at the other end of the conveyor belt. I asked to speak to the manager but he was no better. He said that he would look at the video recording to see if what I said was true. Why would I lie knowing that there are cameras pointing to the registers? Another time was just now. I dropped my container of cherry tomatoes and the associate just looked at me (I was at the self checkout). Didn't offer to help, a broom, to get me another container, nothing. She just looked at me. I work in customer service and I dont think I am being unreasonable. Valli, you have to do better at training, hiring, or both RP

Yesterday I bought more than 3 pounds of cherries about 2 pounds were garbage, rotten and had fungus on them. It was irritating that instead of throwing away Valle is selling garbage to people. I wonder if matter should be brought to attention of City of Evanston they need to check quality of fruits, stores are selling in Evanston.

Love the wide selection of fresh produce and the quality. They rest of the store carries a wide variety of products. This is a fully stocked store which probably has eveyou need. Service here has always been friendly, too.

To whoever the woman in lane 7 working on 4/27 I think I checked out around 5:50 pm, she is a wonderful and extremely nice person. I had to take some items off my grocery tab and she was very kind and paid the $20 something I owed. She did not have to do this but it was extremely kind and should be noticed. She deserves a raise.

My husband and I both have accounts with h your store. My husband asked for me to go in and get sugar. I was in self check out at Evanston store. The clerk said I need his phone. I said really. Not only was she rude but she said that I have to prove that we have account.
